Return/Refund Policy:
If you need to make a return, call Turftractor Customer Service for a Return Authorization Number (RA#). Item must be returned within 30 Days of purchase. Refund will be processed within 30 days of your request and will be given as money back. There is no restocking fee on returns due to warranty claims, defective merchandise or Turftractor shipping errors if reported within 21 days. All other returns may be charged a 20% restocking fee. Freight may be prepaid by the customer and will be reimbursed for warranty claims, defective merchandise and TurfTractor shipping errors. Items not in salable condition, in the original package (where applicable) may be charged an additional 25% repackaging fee. Items installed or used are not eligible for return unless defective and under warranty. Warranty to be determined by manufacturer and/or Stens Quality Control Department and their decision is final. |
